About the Role

Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Handle daily bookkeeping and data entry on Tally
• Manage billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Work with the company CA to prepare and file GST returns and TDS
• Assist in monthly financial closing and reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience in accounting and finance
• Strong working knowledge of Tally and Excel
• Experience in GST and TDS filing
• Graduate in Commerce or related field
• Good communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Strong sense of ownership- asks questions, double-checks work, and doesn't wait to be told what to do
• Based in Tricity area (Must be available for an in-person interview)

Nice to Have

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to analyse financial data to inform decisions
• Currently pursuing or planning to pursue CA or other finance certifications
• Prior experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry

Job Details

Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM

Salary: 2.5L-4L p.a. (depending on experience)
