Job Title: Business Management and Accounts Handling Team member

We specialize in creating stylish and sustainable spaces, and we are looking for a dedicated team member to support our business management and financial operations.

Job Summary:
The Business Management and Accounts Handling Staff will oversee daily operations, manage financial accounts, and support strategic decision-making. This role involves managing financial records, assisting with budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. As part of the ZXinteriors team, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations and supporting our reputation for transparency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Operations Management

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and site engineers to coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Assist in establishing and updating standard operating procedures to improve efficiency across all departments.Monitor business performance metrics, generating reports and insights to guide management decisions.Accounts Management

Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
Maintain accurate financial records, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Reconcile bank accounts, handle discrepancies, and ensure timely updates of financial information.Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, focusing on revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Track project expenses against budgets, provide variance analysis, and recommend cost-saving measures.Support strategic decisions by providing insights derived from financial data.Client Account Handling

Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring billing accuracy and addressing inquiries or issues.
Track payments, send reminders, and resolve billing disputes to maintain smooth financial transactions.Assist the sales and customer service teams in managing client expectations and maintaining high satisfaction levels.Budgeting & Forecasting

Contribute to budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
Monitor actual spending against budgets and make recommendations to control costs.Provide detailed forecasts to support ZXinteriors' growth objectives.Compliance & Tax Management

Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including preparation for audits and tax filings.
Stay informed on financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.Work with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and insights as required.General Administrative Support

Organize financial and business records, maintain filing systems, and handle daily office operations.
Provide data entry and support HR and payroll functions as needed.Assist with other operational duties as required to support the smooth functioning of the office.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial management, business operations, or a similar role.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Familiarity with interior design industry practices is a plus.
