Develop concepts and designs for PETS & KIDS TOYS & BEDDING (Soft Toys/ PET-BEDDINGS/ ROPE TOYS/KID SEGMENT - SILICON) aligning with Buyer Guidelines, buyer requirement and market trend. Create sketches and prototypes using design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences and competitor products to ensure the designs remain relevant and appealing. Translate trends into new designs. Oversee the creation of prototypes, ensuring that the final product matches the initial design vision. Participate in testing for durability, safety, and user feedback to refine the product design.Work closely with sampling /Product Design teams to ensure that designs align with the overall requirement. Role & responsibilities - product analysis and risk assessment prior to start a development - Proto Sample Development as per the buyers tech pack - sampling, material planning and costing analysis - update to buyer on PLM and coordination with the buyers on day to day basis - making presentation and offer sheets - uploading product / details on buyers portal - making Product Information sheet - submitting packaging dielines and execution of packaging artworks - releasing Sales Order (Volumetric Chart) - monitoring BOM entry and verification of all materials in system - making Time and Action Plan - responsible for coordination with Purchase department for material planning and sourcing of material - responsible for monitoring quality and production as per specifications from the buyer - responsible for Troubleshooting issues that come up in production and order management Preferred candidate profile Must be working / worked with reputed Buying House or Export House (Hard Goods) for at least 6 to 8 years.
