Role & responsibilities - Understand and segregate the activities of Non-Standard orders and manage the SAR (Sales Action Request) well. Create accurate part code as per defined system in SAP Create accurate BOM in SAP Maintain the BOM and revisions in SAP Record the Non-Standard activities and derive the total execution time to understand delivery commitment. Release accurate BOM for new products and Non-Standard Orders through SAP Maintain ISO documents Coordinate with Design and Development team to execute projects and non-standard orders. Indent the part as per requirements. Update the BOM as per Design Change Request in SAP

Role & responsibilities - Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations with of Store. Managing employee for daily activity like material inward, QC offering, Storage material in location, Service material packing and issuing material & co-ordinate with production team for closing daily requirement Maintaining Kanban, FIFO, 55, DBR items as per store requirement Preparing Gate Entry, GRN, Job work challan, RGP/NRGP, E-way bill on daily base Posting of issued material in ERP/SAP Co-ordination with purchase, logistics & service team to complete requirement. Responsible for stock mismatch & ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed. Good knowledge of GST, E-way Bill & compliance related to store process

Role & responsibilities :- Coordinate with all global partners to resolve their service issues/spare parts requirement and application related issues. Take the updates and track the service complaints until it is resolved. Spare parts support (Quotation / invoice / dispatch) Ensure that all the machines are registers in SLS system with intact information. Organize training (offline/online) to improve the knowledge level (skill) of partners. Record all the events, track all events and make summary & report with the help of administration team & Tech Team for DRMs. Basic Awareness of CNC machine Basic Mechanical assembly Basic Electrical / Electronic Component

Key Responsibilities: Candidate with experience of Sales for CNC/VMC machineries and having good communication Skills will be preferred. Find new potential customers. Day to day customer visit and follow up. Cosmos Machine presentation to customers. Maintaining relationship with old and new customers. Requirements: BE Mechanical Exposure to Engineering products is preferred Strong communication skills both verbal and written , with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
