Account Manager

Responsibilities:

· Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

· Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads. Monitor budget variances and provide insights for performance improvement.

· Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to meet operational needs and investment requirements. Implement measures to optimize working capital.

· Audit Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion. Implement audit recommendations and strengthen internal controls.

· Tax Compliance: Oversee tax planning and compliance activities. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills.

· Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

· Vendor and Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, banks, and other stakeholders. Negotiate favorable financial terms and agreements.

· Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, industry standards, and ethical practices. Uphold a high standard of integrity and professionalism within the accounts team.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as an Accounts Head or similar leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
