We work with top-tier clients including Accenture, Deloitte, Oracle, Guidewire, PWC, and TCS, delivering scalable solutions across the U.S., Canada, and India.🔹 250+ consultants deployed globally 🔹 4.8 Glassdoor rating – culture-driven, growth-oriented Your Role: What You’ll LeadAs a Client Acquisition / Business Development Manager, your role goes beyond sales—you will be a strategic growth partner and client advocate.Responsibilities:Drive end-to-end client lifecycle from outreach to onboarding across Direct Clients and Tier 1 partners.Lead L1/L2 -level meetings, understand client needs, and convert them into qualified opportunities.Create and deliver customized PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) that effectively communicate capabilities, value propositions, and case studies.Identify, target, and convert new accounts while expanding existing client portfolios.Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure aligned execution and quality-driven fulfilment.Manage team performance with KPIs, performance reviews, and development plans.Provide market insights, competitor intel, and client feedback to optimize growth strategies.Represent OpenTeQ with confidence and credibility in client conversations and strategic discussions. What You Bring:8–10 years in US IT staffing, with 5+ years in client acquisition / business development.Proven experience in client-facing roles, closing new accounts, and building long-term partnerships.Ability to run L1 & L2 client meetings, engage stakeholders, and position recruitment solutions strategically.Skilled in creating and presenting professional PPTs for client engagement and proposals.In-depth knowledge of staffing models, immigration policies and contract types.Strong leadership, negotiation, and consultative communication skills.Proficiency in tools like CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email prospecting.Experience in technical recruiting environments is a strong advantage.Comfortable working in US time zones (Night Shift IST).
