Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will understand customer needs, manage accounts effectively, and help drive business growth through excellent communication and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned client accounts
Build long-term relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates
Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
Meet or exceed revenue and retention targets

Required Skills & QualificationsCore Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent client relationship management abilities
Proven negotiation and persuasion skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Good time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
