Job Title: Senior Telecaller – Real Estate Sales Company: Parsi Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. Location: SK Puri , Boring Road Patna Experience: 2 to 5 Years in Real Estate / Property Sales Job Type: Full-time | Office-based Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain project details. Handle incoming customer queries related to property sales. Schedule site visits and follow up until closure. Maintain and update the CRM regularly. Convert leads into potential buyers through continuous follow-ups. Coordinate with the field sales team and provide daily reports. Handle customer objections and provide solutions effectively. Key Skills Required: Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English mandatory). Excellent telephone etiquette and convincing power. Knowledge of real estate sales and customer service practices. Familiarity with CRM systems. Target-driven with a passion for sales. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of tele calling or telesales experience (preferably in real estate). Immediate Joiners Preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
