Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Experiance above 8 years.
• Salary Based on interview.

1) Finalization of accounts and co-coordinating with statutory auditors wrt to compliance of all group companies along with MCA related matters.

2) Handling of export remittance and import payments along with proper documentation. Doing Fema and other RBI Compliances. BRC closure against remittance. Updating sheets of exports for remittance settlement and BRC issue.

3) Liaoning with banks, valuers and all other external agency

4) Advance License issuance and closure in DGFT and Customs with all necessary documentation and calculations.

5) Stock audit compliances

6) Loan processing and handling

7) Preparing debtors outstanding weekly for marketing team

8) Preparing monthly profit and loss and cash flow statement for managements.

9) Filing monthly GST returns of all companies on timely basis along with gst reconciliation of all group companies.

10) Checking of TDS returns filed by subordinates and also analysis of entries for TDS non deductions.

11) Handling of all notices of GST, Income Tax and TDS. Co-ordinating with consultant for the same.

12) Knowledge of external commercial borrowing needed.

13) Drafting of rental deeds, cancellation etc

14) Handling of subsidy related documentation of exhibition and pharma

15) Co-ordinating with CHA for import material along with purchase.

16) Portfolio Investment handling of company directors and its co-ordination.

17) Checking of Debit Note, Credit Notes, Export documents, Labour bills.

18) Filling of Foreign Assets and Liability returns and sample survey returns

19) Filling of personal returns and balance sheet of Directors and group companies
