Account Manager

Job Summary :

The Corporate Finance & Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the companys financial planning, accounting operations, statutory compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting. The role ensures strong financial controls, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and supports management in strategic decision-making.

Role & responsibilities

Be conversant with Indian and International Accounting Standards.

Be conversant with all the direct and indirect tax laws, especially Income tax & GST.

Accounting and Tax Compliance of GST related matters including preparation and

filing of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Returns.

Calculation and payment of GST on a monthly basis for all sites of IGRPL.

Liaison with various Taxation authorities in connection with conducting company's

business.

Travelling to multiple locations of IGRPL and related taxation officers within whose

jurisdiction IGRPLs plants are located as and when required.

Preparation and submission of replies to the Notices/Queries/SCNs issue by

Taxation authorities from time to time.

Compliance for Import and export including customs formalities.

Negotiation with Banks for adequate funding facility at lowest possible rates and

other banking activities.

Accounting and Maintaining of all loan accounts of IGRPL project wise.

Liaison with lenders, Credit rating agencies, Legal Agencies, or any other agencies

appointed by IGRPL or Lenders in connection with the borrowing of IGRPL.

Cash Flow projections, monitoring borrowing and interest costs, Forex management

& currency purchase, hedging against exchange fluctuation, Investment of surplus

funds etc.
