Roles & Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day activities in the sizing unit. Monitor machine operations and ensure continuous production without downtime. Allocate work to operators, helpers, and ensure shift discipline. Maintain production records, shift reports, and material usage logs. Ensure quality standards in sized beams and take corrective action if needed. Coordinate with maintenance team for machine service and breakdown issues. Check availability of raw materials like yarn, chemicals, cones, beams, etc. Ensure safety rules and housekeeping standards are followed in the unit. Communicate production status to management on a daily basis. Train new workers and improve overall team performance. Skills Required Knowledge of sizing process and textile production workflow. Strong team handling and communication skills. Ability to resolve production and manpower issues. Basic computer knowledge for reporting. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
