Job Description

"Urgent Requirement in Account Manager Profile for Mohali Location"


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Engagement & Account Handling

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and build strong client relationships.
  • Respond to queries, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Product Understanding & Demo

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our ground transportation solutions.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Customize product pitches based on client needs and use cases.
  • Handling Client Requirements

  • Understand business and feature requirements from existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the backend tech/product team to assess feasibility.
  • Ensure proper coordination and project management until the feature or enhancement goes live.
  • Prepare and share release notes and relevant updates with clients post-implementation.
  • Sales & Business Development

  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Support business development efforts through lead follow-up and relationship nurturing.
  • Work with internal teams to prepare proposals and pricing where needed.
  • Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintain documentation of client interactions and track sales funnel activity.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on key accounts and performance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in a client-facing role (SaaS, tech, or transportation industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to

    Mohali

    .


Preferred Qualities:

  • Prior experience with

    B2B or enterprise sales

    .
  • Exposure to the

    ground transportation, travel, or mobility

    industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and internal stakeholders efficiently.
