Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager located in Pune, with some work from home options available. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional duties include coordinating with internal teams, providing product information, handling client inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development.
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounts or related field preferred.
