Job Description

Department:

Finance & Accounts

Location:

Ambattur, Chennai

Experience:

8–12 years (preferably in EPC / Manufacturing / Solar industry)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, General Ledger, and financial reporting
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books
Manage fund flow, cash flow planning, and working capital requirements
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits & compliance as per company and government standards
Coordinate with banks for LC, BG, limits, loan documentation, and fund management
Monitor vendor payments, credit control, and receivables follow-up
Review project-wise costing, budgeting, and MIS reporting for management
Validate payroll reports, expense claims & reimbursement policies
Implement internal financial controls and SOPs
Liaise with internal/external auditors and ensure smooth audit cycles
Guide and supervise the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP systems (Zoho Books advantage)
Hands-on experience in GST & TDS filings, ROC coordination, and statutory handling
Proven experience in cash flow management & costing
Strong analytical skills and command over financial statements
Proficiency in MS Excel & financial MIS reporting
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Qualifications

CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with strong experience
Preference: Experience in Solar EPC / Renewable / Construction industry
