Job Summary

Secure Innovative Solutions LLP is seeking a highly competent Account Manager (CA) to manage end-to-end financial operations, statutory compliance, project accounting, and commercial controls. The role requires strong expertise in accounting, taxation, audits, and financial reporting, along with close coordination with sales, projects, procurement, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial & Accounting Operations
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, profitability analysis, and management dashboards

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Handle GST compliance, including returns, reconciliations, audits, and notices
• Manage TDS, Income Tax returns, assessments, and statutory filings
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act/LLP Act and other applicable laws

Project & Commercial Accounting

• Monitor project-wise costing, billing, revenue recognition, and margin analysis
• Track customer receivables, credit control, and aging analysis
• Coordinate with sales and project teams for contract terms, milestones, and invoicing

Audit & Controls

• Lead internal and statutory audits, coordinate with auditors and consultants
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and SOPs
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Banking & Treasury

• Manage banking relationships including CC/OD limits, BGs, LCs, and fund utilization
• Monitor working capital, cash flow planning, and fund forecasting
• Liaise with banks for documentation, renewals, and credit facilities

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, bankers, and consultants
• Support management with financial insights for strategic and operational decisions

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS
• Experience in project-based accounting and contract management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and ownership
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and MIS reporting

Preferred Industry Experience

• Physical Security Systems / Entrance Control
• Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, or EPC Projects
• Infrastructure, Data Centers, Airports, or Industrial Projects
