About the Role

Aertrip is looking for a detail-oriented and financially skilled Account Manager to manage client accounts, oversee financial operations, and ensure full compliance with accounting and taxation standards. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, advanced analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client accounts including billing, invoicing, and collections.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Identify financial patterns and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Sales, Operations) to streamline financial processes.
• Ensure accurate processing of invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Address client queries and concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies.
• Maintain complete and accurate financial documentation and records.
• Handle taxation and compliance including GST/VAT filing and adherence to statutory requirements.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and project management initiatives.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure secure handling of financial data.

Must-Have Skills & Competencies1. Strong Financial Knowledge

• Understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, GAAP/IFRS.
• Experience with financial software/ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle).

• Ability to interpret financial data and generate meaningful insights.
• Skilled in creating and interpreting financial statements.

• Accuracy in all financial transactions and reporting.

10. Proficiency in MS Excel

• Advance Excel knowledge: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.

• Ability to manage financial projects and budget allocations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Prior experience in accounting or account management preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
