• Experience in handling multiple projects in parallel across the world
• Prior experience in the successful delivery of projects is a must
• Client handling exposure is a must
• Technical Skills: Oracle or Java preferred
• Hands-on coding preferred
• Well-versed with Agile project methodologies
• Managing the project cost, on-time delivery, with quality
• Good in Delivery Processes, tracking, monitoring, reporting
• Good in Stakeholder Management (Internal and External clients)
• Good at People Management
• Excellent written and oral communication in English
• Should be proactive, taking ownership and commitment towards the completion of the tasks with target dates
