Job Description- Accountant * 1 to 2 years of experience in a CA firm or similar environment. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory audit processes. * Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Job Description: - We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Team Leader to supervise and lead a team of accountants. This role involves overseeing the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities:- * Supervise and lead a team of accountants, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations to foster professional development. * Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger entries, GST, and TDS compliance. * Review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and senior management, to analyze financial data, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making. * Develop and implement accounting procedures, internal controls, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes. * Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and records, including statutory audits, to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed. * Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations, standards, and industry trends, ensuring compliance in financial reporting, tax obligations, GST, and TDS. * Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and professional development. * Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insights and recommendations based on historical data and industry trends. * Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements related to financial transactions and reporting. * Drive process improvements to streamline accounting processes, reduce manual tasks, and increase efficiency through automation and technology solutions. * Act as a point of contact for internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and addressing any audit findings or recommendations. * Collaborate with finance and HR teams to support payroll processing, tax filings, and benefits administration. * Monitor key financial indicators, identify trends, and prepare financial reports for management review. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing within the team.
