Heseos Technologies is a next-generation home automation company, enabling intelligent control over lights, fans, ACs, and other appliances through touch and mobile solutions. We are scaling rapidly across India, and seek a dependable and detail-oriented individual to handle Accounts, Procurement, and Logistics—ensuring operational efficiency and financial discipline. Role Overview The individual will manage end-to-end accounting, handle vendor purchases, and coordinate inward and outward logistics. This is a hands-on role that bridges financial control with supply chain execution, ensuring every order—from procurement to dispatch—is recorded, reconciled, and delivered efficiently. Key Responsibilities1. Accounts Management Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP / Zoho Books. Manage payables and receivables, ensuring timely vendor payments and client collections. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with CA. Prepare invoices, purchase bills, and credit/debit notes. Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and expense ledgers. Generate monthly MIS reports, cash flow, and profit summaries for management. 2. Purchase & Vendor Management Raise purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for price negotiation and timely delivery. Maintain records of vendor quotations, purchase approvals, and GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes). Ensure quality verification and approval before processing vendor bills. Track purchase budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain updated vendor database with price benchmarking. 3. Logistics & Dispatch Coordination Manage inward and outward logistics for material movement (from warehouse to client sites). Coordinate with couriers, transporters, and warehouse staff for dispatches. Maintain inventory and stock ledgers; ensure FIFO tracking for materials. Generate dispatch challans, track AWB numbers, and ensure timely deliveries. Handle returns, replacements, and damaged goods documentation. Work with site teams for installation material planning and availability. 4. Reporting & Coordination Submit weekly reports on purchases, dispatches, and account summaries. Coordinate with internal departments — sales, operations, and project management — for order readiness. Work closely with the Founder and Accounts team to streamline processes and improve turnaround time. Qualifications & Skills Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance / Operations) Experience: 2–6 years in accounting + purchase/logistics role (preferably in electricals, automation, or consumer durables). Software Skills: Tally ERP / Zoho Books Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Inventory Tracking) GST, TDS, and financial compliance knowledge Other Skills: Vendor coordination & negotiation Basic logistics handling (courier, transport, GRN tracking) Strong organizational and multitasking ability Personal Attributes High ownership and accountability Strong communication and vendor-handling skills Quick decision-maker and cost-conscious Integrity, punctuality, and reliability under deadlines Growth Path This role offers a fast track to Operations or Finance Lead, depending on performance and interest. As Heseos scales, this position will evolve into managing a small team overseeing procurement, logistics, and finance coordination.
