Position: DTH, Zonal Manager – North region Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Zonal Manager to lead and scale our Direct to Home (DTH) sales operations within the north region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a large team of Channel Partners driving revenue growth, ensuring strong market penetration, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Channel Partners Drive team performance through regular coaching, reviews, and incentives. Sales Strategy & Execution: Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with organizational goals. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are met for DTH sales. Drive productivity per executive through rigorous performance management. Market Penetration: Expand presence across residential areas, societies, and events via direct selling techniques. Identify high-potential territories and launch new initiatives to drive sales. Process & Compliance: Ensure adherence to sales processes, reporting formats, and DTH SOPs. Maintain discipline around daily reporting, beat planning, and stock handling. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with marketing, logistics, and HR teams to ensure seamless operations and support. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain dashboards for team performance, attrition, and territory growth. Provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership with data-driven insights Key Requirements: Graduate/MBA preferred with 8 - 12 years of sales experience in Direct to Home / Direct Selling / FMCG / Appliances / Consumer Durables . Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role managing field sales teams . Proven track record of managing large, distributed teams across multiple locations. Strong people management and motivational skills. Hands-on experience with daily sales reporting, MIS, and field operations. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned division.
