Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Zonal Credit Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in retail credit, housing finance, or related fields. Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the credit function across multiple locations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve credit quality and reduce risk.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Monitor and control credit expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Job
Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial services, and broking.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with credit underwriting, portfolio management, and risk assessment.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
A graduate degree is required; a postgraduate degree is preferred.
