Key Responsibilities

  • Act as SME for one or more certified Workday modules.
  • Lead or support Workday implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Translate business requirements into functional Workday configurations.
  • Conduct design sessions and provide expert functional input.
  • Configure, test, and deploy Workday modules.
  • Support Workday upgrades and feature rollouts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
  • Provide user training and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure Workday security and compliance standards are met.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of hands-on Workday functional experience.
  • Current certification in at least

    one

    of the following:
  • Core HCM
  • Core & Advanced Compensation
  • Payroll & Absence
  • Security
  • Workday Help
  • Recruitment
  • Experience in full lifecycle implementation or major enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multiple Workday certifications.
  • Experience with Workday Studio or integrations (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Workday reporting/dashboard experience.
