As a Workday Functional Consultant, your role involves collaborating with partners to understand their business requirements and configuring Workday HCM modules like Core HR, Compensation, or Talent Management to meet specific needs. You will conduct workshops, training sessions, and collaborate with technical teams for integrations and post-implementation support. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, at least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation, and expertise in one Workday HCM module. Strong communication skills, a Workday Certification, knowledge of HR processes, and fluency in English are required. Additional languages are a plus.
