Job Description – Warehouse Operations Executive/Manager Key Responsibilities 1. Manage and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound (receipt), storage, inventory management, and outbound (dispatch) of goods. 2. Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily productivity, order accuracy, and SLA compliance. 3. Ensure accurate inventory management through real-time stock tracking, inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and regular stock audits. 4. Implement and maintain effective warehouse SOPs, including health & safety protocols, compliance standards, and 5S practices. 5. Coordinate with logistics teams and courier aggregators (Shiprocket, Unicommerce, NimbusPost, Delhivery Surface/Express, BlueDart, Ecom Express) to ensure timely last-mile deliveries. 6. Handle reverse logistics/returns (RTO) and ensure accurate reconciliation to minimise losses. 7. Analyse and resolve warehouse operational issues, including inventory discrepancies, manpower allocation, and equipment malfunctions. 8. Generate and present MIS reports on inventory levels, order status, staff productivity, cost efficiency, TAT (turnaround time), and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance. 9. Continuously identify and implement process improvements, automation tools (WMS/OMS/ERP), and cost optimisation strategies for scalability. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, operations, or related field. 2. A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in warehouse management / e-commerce operations / 3PL logistics. 3. Strong working knowledge of Shiprocket, Unicommerce, NimbusPost, Delhivery (Surface & Express), and other courier aggregator platforms. 4. Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP tools (SAP/Oracle/Odoo), barcode scanning & inventory automation. 5. Proven track record in inventory control, order fulfilment, manpower management, and shift scheduling. 6. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities. 8. Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).
