Malu Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead Factory finishing operations, covering inward, QC, labelling, packing, box packing, and dispatch readiness. Candidates with strong garment/textile, consumer health, personal care production experience are preferred.

Malu Healthcare F3, Bhiwandi–Murbad Road, Sonale, Bhadwad Gaon, Saravali, Nashik, Gholgaon, Maharashtra – 421302
Role Highlights
Oversee inward, QC, labelling, and packing operations
Ensure accurate box packing & dispatch preparation
Maintain operational documentation & daily MIS
Lead teams across QC, labelling, and packing
Ensure workflow discipline, hygiene, and quality compliance
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in garment/textile production or finishing
Experience in consumer health / personal care products is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of QC, labelling, packing & workflow management
Excellent leadership, coordination & planning capabilities
