🎯 What You’ll Actually Do:

🛠 Run Operations Like a Pro:

Be the Founder’s go-to person for everything—calendars, meetings, chaos control
Make sure the engine never stops—coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners
Handle follow-ups and communications, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks

📈 Drive Growth & Sales Hustle:

Support sales with research, outreach, and tracking leads
Assist in campaign execution, decks, presentations, and pitch materials
Be part of calls, brainstorms, investor meetings, and everything that moves the needle

🚀 Own High-Impact Projects:

Jump into any project that matters: hiring, launches, strategy, ops
Act like a founder-in-training: think, solve, execute, repeat
Be ready to work in the spotlight, not the shadows

💡 Who You Are:

1–3 years of experience in startup roles, founder’s office, consulting, or high-growth environments
Wicked smart, super organised, and gets things DONE
Excellent with communication (emails, slides, people)
Comfortable with ambiguity, chaos, and wearing 10 hats a day
Ambitious, curious, and looking to build something meaningful
