About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise off-roll warehouse staff across inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
• Monitor offloading, sorting, and quality checks of incoming shipments
• Complete GRN entries and inbound quantity postings in Zoho Inventory
• Ensure accurate putaway and conduct weekly cycle counts with reconciliation
• Manage barcode labeling, inventory location mapping, and space optimization
• Allocate orders based on priority and SLA timelines; ensure correct picking and packaging
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and dispatch
• Monitor and reduce RTOs (Return to Origin) through corrective actions
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly inventory and dispatch reports to the Warehouse Manager
• Uphold safety, compliance, and stock accuracy standards across all operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate (preferred: B.Com / BBA/MBA- Supply Chain / Logistics).
• 1–2 years of warehouse/inventory experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Zoho Inventory / WMS preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Stock recco).
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and team supervision skills.
