Warehouse Operation Executive

Role & responsibilities:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operations Executive who has hands-on experience in accounts support, billing, inventory management, and day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Key Responsibilities1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records in the system (GRN, stock issue, stock return).
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock audits.
• Track inward and outward movement of goods.
• Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate resolution with warehouse & accounts teams.

2. Billing & Accounts Coordination

• Create and verify sales invoices, purchase bills, delivery challans, and credit notes.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups and reconciliation.
• Support in maintaining ledger entries, petty cash, and basic accounting work.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.

3. Warehouse Operations

• Oversee loading/unloading activities and ensure timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal departments.
• Maintain records of shipments, gate passes, stock reports, and GRNs.
• Ensure proper storage, FIFO, and safety standards within the warehouse.

4. Reporting

• Prepare daily warehouse MIS (inward/outward, stock status, billing summary, etc.).
• Generate weekly/monthly operational performance reports.
• Update management on shortages, damage reports, and billing issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of inventory software / ERP / Tally / Excel (must).
• Strong understanding of billing, documentation, and basic accounting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage operational deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• 14 years of experience in warehouse operations, accounts, or billing roles.
• Experience in Warehouse environment is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
