Shipowl.io, India's first tech-enabled D2C sourcing platform, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Indore

Position Details

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goodsascsoftware+1​
• Manage inventory control, conduct regular audits, and ensure stock accuracy
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet productivity targets
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and delivery partners for timely fulfillment
• Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliancetargetjobs+1​
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
• Track KPIs, prepare operations reports, and implement continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of warehouse management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with health and safety regulations and compliance
