Warehouse Manager

About the Company:

SaintG is a New York–based global luxury fashion brand known for its premium leather footwear, jackets, handbags, and apparel. . The brand has expanded to several countries.

In India, our main warehouse is located in Gurgaon , managing all e-commerce operations, order dispatch, and inventory. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory systems, and ensure smooth dispatch and stock flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels using Unicommerce & EPR.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing.
• Oversee stock audits, labeling, and product organization.
• Ensure smooth functioning of orders.
• Track shipments and maintain reports on daily dispatches.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Implement safety, cleanliness, and operational standards across the warehouse.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum Education: Graduation (any discipline).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in warehouse operations (preferably in Footwear / Fashion / E-commerce industry).
• Proficiency in EPR, Unicommerce and other inventory management tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle fast-paced operations.
• Knowledge of courier integration and dispatch processes is a plus.
