Job Description

Operations Management

Oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
Optimize the warehouse layout and workflow to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with transport teams.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse tasks

Inventory Management & Control

Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular cycle counts / physical inventory audits.
Reconcile discrepancies between system data and physical stock.
Forecast future capacity and stock needs based on sales / production plans.
Suggest restock levels, minimize overstock / dead stock, and balance cost vs. service.

Safety, Compliance & Maintenance

Ensure compliance with safety standards (e.g., OSHA or local regulations) in warehouse operations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and correct hazards.
Manage maintenance of equipment: forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, etc.
Maintain documentation for safety, compliance audits, and incident reports.

Pay: ₹15,459.14 - ₹25,000.00 per month
