ShipOwl is a fast-growing e-commerce logistics and marketplace platform, committed to helping businesses scale with efficient operations and strong digital presence. We’re looking for a versatile and proactive team member who can handle both digital marketing and e-commerce operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

·      Social Media Management 📱

• Create, schedule, and post photos, videos, and engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions – handling both positive and negative feedback professionally.

·      Product Listing & Marketplace Management 🛒

• Upload and manage product listings on the ShipOwl platform with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.

• Coordinate with vendors regarding product pickup schedules and sourcing requirements.

·      Sales & Vendor Communication 📞

• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

• Manage inquiries and sales leads from IndiaMART and other sales channels.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales, vendor support, and customer service.

·      Customer Support 🤝

• Respond to customer queries via calls, messages, and emails.

• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media handling, or e-commerce operations.

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (both verbal and written).

• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, IndiaMART, and basic marketplace tools.

• Basic knowledge of image/video editing tools will be a plus.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
