Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online advertising and social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook, as well as handling day-to-day social media management across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns Monitor ad performance, optimize ROI, and adjust strategies based on data insights Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop engaging content calendars, posts, and creatives in line with brand tone Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports Stay updated on latest trends in digital marketing and ad platforms Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign assets Requirements: Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads Strong understanding of paid media strategies, targeting, and A/B testing Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content creation Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Excellent communication and time management skills Creative thinking and attention to detail Preferred: Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of SEO and email marketing is a plus Location: On-site (Indore) Job Type: Full-time Show more Show less
