The Sr Manager, AVP, VP– Business Development will be responsible for driving the end-to
end sales lifecycle for employee rewards and recognition, employee wellness, incentive automation, and engagement products targeting GCC/GIC clients in India. This role demands a hands on, strategic, and independent leader capable of generating leads, nurturing prospects, closing deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. The candidate may work independently or lead a team based on organizational needs, requiring adaptability and a strong ability to drive growth autonomously.
