Key Responsibilities

• Global Supply Chain Strategy
• Design and execute the global supply chain strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead supply planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution across international markets.
• Export Operations
• Drive and manage export operations to Africa, South America, and Asia for drones, components, and agri-tech solutions.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export documentation, certifications, and clearance protocols.
• Import Management
• Oversee all import activities from China and Taiwan, including sourcing of drone components, batteries, electronics, and related hardware.
• Optimize landed cost, lead times, and clearance processes.
• Vendor Development & Strategic Sourcing
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic vendors across India and globally.
• Establish long-term vendor partnerships for critical drone parts and raw materials.
• Drive cost-efficiency, quality improvement, and supply reliability.
• Inventory & Warehousing
• Define and monitor optimum stock levels across central and regional warehouses.
• Implement inventory control systems to minimize overstock and stock-outs.
• Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead and mentor the SCM, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure supply chain alignment with product and project timelines.
• Technology & Process Excellence
• Leverage ERP and digital supply chain tools for planning, tracking, and automation.
• Continuously improve supply chain processes using lean and agile methodologies.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of relevant experience, including global logistics, vendor development, and import/export operations.
• Proven track record of handling international trade, especially with Africa, South America, China, and Taiwan.
