Lead and manage all R&D activities in the BESS domain, focusing on developing innovative energy storage solutions. The role will oversee product design, validation, and commercialization, ensuring alignment with market demands and organizational goals. The Head of R&D for BESS will define and execute the company’s technology strategy for energy storage systems, focusing on lithium-ion technology. Qualifications
