We pride ourselves on innovative projects and customer satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Vice President - Sales to lead our sales strategy and team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire sales function of the company, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs. Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders. Oversee client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closures, ensuring optimum profitability. Collaborate with marketing, project management, and finance teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide detailed reports and forecasts to senior management. Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums. Drive innovation in sales processes and utilize CRM tools for efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of senior sales leadership experience in the real estate sector. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer behavior. Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools. High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus. Experience working in Noida/NCR real estate market is an advantage.
