Job Title: General Manager – Real Estate Sales

Salary Range: ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager - Sales to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Noida real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote company projects.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Drive site visits, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
• Provide regular sales forecasting and performance reporting to senior management.
• Mentor and train team members to improve performance and professionalism.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience specifically in real estate sales.
• Total 10+ years of professional work experience.
• Strong network of brokers and channel partners in the NCR region is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms for lead tracking.

• Bachelor's degree
