Ltd., a leading real estate development firm in Noida, is seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Agents with a minimum of 6 months of real estate sales experience . The ideal candidate should be confident in handling client interactions, site visits, and deal closures independently. Key Responsibilities: Actively source and convert real estate leads into potential buyers. Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients. Maintain follow-up with prospective clients through calls and meetings. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options. Negotiate and close deals efficiently with the support of the sales team. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales (Mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Familiarity with Noida real estate market is a plus. Own vehicle preferred (for site visits).
