The company is renowned for its commitment to sustainable and wellness-oriented living spaces, with notable projects such as Mount Attalia, Vista Farms, and Raghuvanshi Farms .​ Position: Real Estate Sales Agent Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in the real estate industry Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (commensurate with experience) Employment Type: Full-time​ Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking. Sales Presentations: Conduct property showings and presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Market Research: Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate information to clients. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Reporting: Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.​ Desired Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
