Real Estate Agent

As an experienced professional with a minimum of 8 to 14 years in Real Estate Transactions & Govt Approvals, you will play a crucial role in the following key responsibilities: - Take care of business development, expansion, and property acquisition for Showroom and Service workshops. - Handle Govt Approvals such as CLU/Building Plan Sanctions and related NOCs like CTE/CTO/Project reports and Fire NOCs. - Monitor site development during Construction, interiors, and Fit-out stages. - Ensure strong adherence to SOPs/defined processes with ethical behavior. - Assist in developing and implementing process strengthening/control measures (SOPs/Processes). - Conduct property valuations through various IPCs to provide insights for business decisions. - Demonstrate excellent documentation skills for auditing, reporting, and compliance purposes. - Utilize vendor handling and negotiation skills effectively. - Coordinate internally with Zonal teams, project team, legal team, Sales and service team, and finance team. - Possess an in-depth understanding of the real estate industry. - Maintain strong relationships with Brokers, IPCs, and Landowners. - Follow internal systems and processes diligently to ensure quality and compliance. - Experience in MIS & Reporting will be an added advantage. Your educational qualifications must be from AICTE/UGC approved colleges. Additionally, preferably you should have experience in Construction & Estate management from IPC, Big Broking House, Reputed Builder, or Big Corporate backgrounds. You are expected to bring your expertise in land revenue matters, development control rules, and estate management to contribute effectively to the success of the organization.,
