Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about properties.
  • Conduct property visits, site tours, and presentations for prospective buyers.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, messages, and meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals successfully.
  • Maintain and update property listings and client records.
  • Coordinate with property owners, builders, and internal teams.
  • Stay informed about market trends, ongoing projects, and real estate developments in Mohali.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales or client-facing roles (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally.
  • Good negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market (Mohali).
  • Must be proactive, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Own vehicle for site visits (mandatory in most cases).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,910.12 - ₹43,224.87 per month
