Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage client inquiries, generate leads, and drive property sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits to clients.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to convert leads into bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, offers, and market trends.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate tele-sales or customer handling (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional approach.
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).

Salary: upto 45k
