Job Summary The Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The role includes generating leads, conducting property visits, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service to ensure smooth property transactions. Key Responsibilities Identify potential clients and generate new property leads. Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best price. Conduct market research to determine property values and trends. Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients. Promote properties through advertisements, listings, and social media platforms. Prepare and present property details to interested clients. Negotiate deals and ensure all terms are met between parties. Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process. Coordinate with builders, landlords, and legal teams for documentation. Maintain a database of available properties and client information. Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business. Requirements Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws. Ability to handle client queries professionally. Good networking skills and lead-generation ability. Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, property portals). Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred. Preferred Skills Experience with real estate developers or property brokerage firms. Strong persuasion and closing abilities. Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
