Role Overview: As a Sales Executive in the real estate sector, your main responsibility will be to drive sales, generate leads, and cultivate strong relationships with clients. You will have a crucial role in meeting the company's sales targets and enhancing the brand presence in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize & Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends. - Lead & Mentor the Sales Team: Manage, coach, and motivate sales managers and executives to achieve both individual and collective goals. Provide regular training, feedback, and development planning. - Key Account & Territory Management: Expand relationships with major clients in assigned regions. Oversee contract negotiations, terms, margins, and ensure client satisfaction. - Sales Forecasting & Analysis: Produce accurate forecasts, manage pipelines, and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. Report trends and metrics to leadership regularly. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, legal, finance, and customer service teams to align sales initiatives and enhance go-to-market effectiveness. - Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge. - Conflict Resolution & Risk Mitigation: Handle escalations, address customer concerns, and manage internal stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy and professionalism. - Continuous Improvement: Maintain a learning mindset by staying updated on best practices, refining sales processes, and enhancing team capabilities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven track record in sales and business development within the real estate industry. - Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and mentoring sales teams. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Ability to analyze data and trends to drive sales performance. - Knowledge of market intelligence and competitive strategies. - Conflict resolution and risk mitigation expertise. - Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to evolving sales processes.,
