Sr. SEO Executive

Company profile:

H J Real Estates is looking for a strategic and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead our search engine optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices, especially within the real estate domain. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic, improving rankings, and enhancing our digital presence across global and local markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.- Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headings, content, and internal linking.- Collaborate with content and development teams for technical SEO enhancements.- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.- Stay up to date with industry trends, Google algorithm changes, and best practices.- Create and manage link-building strategies.- Generate regular SEO performance reports and insights.

Requirements:
- 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.- Proven success in managing SEO for real estate or similar high-competition domains.- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.- Experience with WordPress, HTML, and schema markup.- Proficient in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
