Business Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identifying profitable opportunities, conducting market research, and developing innovative strategies to expand the company's reach and improve income streams.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Sales & Negotiation: Managing the sales funnel, negotiating contracts, and securing profitable deals and service agreements to drive revenue growth.
• Strategic Planning: Creating actionable business plans, analyzing market trends and competitor developments, and making data-driven decisions to enhance business performance.
• Collaboration & Communication: Working with cross-functional teams and senior management, facilitating communication between departments, and providing progress reports.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Staying informed about new market opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform sales strategies and identify potential growth areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation: Proficiency in presenting products/services and closing deals.
• Market Research & Analysis: The ability to understand customer needs, identify market gaps, and use data to build successful strategies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
