As a Luxury Property Sales Executive at Dharmic Homez, your role involves selling premium properties in Thrissur and surrounding markets. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, which includes lead follow-up, conducting site visits, engaging with clients, negotiating deals, and successfully closing transactions. Your primary goal will be to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. - Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients to generate referrals and repeat business. - Provide feedback and market insights to the marketing and management teams to enhance lead quality and sales strategy. - Represent Dharmic Homez with professionalism and establish trust with elite clientele.
