Job Description: Business Administrator About the Role We are looking for a Business Administrator to support daily business operations. This role involves managing RFPs (Request for Proposals), preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating with different teams, and keeping records organized. You should be detail-oriented, good at communication, and able to handle multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities 1. RFP Management (Request for Proposal) RFP means: A document shared by clients asking companies to submit proposals for a project or service. Check tender portals and emails for new RFP opportunities. Update the RFP Tracker with stages like Identified, In Progress, Submitted, Won, Lost. Share RFP details, deadlines, and any updates with Sales and Presales teams. Follow up on client responses and update internal teams. 2. Proposal, Contract, PO & Payment Support Proposal : Document describing our services and price. SOW (Statement of Work): Explains project details, scope, and timeline. PO (Purchase Order): Client confirmation to start the work. Prepare proposals, SOWs, and contracts. Maintain and track records of proposals, contracts, and renewals. Assist in PO processing and coordinate with Finance for invoices and payments. 3. Coordination & Documentation Act as a communication link between clients and internal teams. Keep client data and documents properly organized and updated. Support onboarding activities for new projects. Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Project, and Finance teams for smooth operations. Skills Required Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail. Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and manage time well. Proactive and eager to learn. Note: Selected candidates must sign a 3-year training agreement, which is required to support their learning and career growth.
