We are seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate to lead our real estate sales team, driving revenue growth, make sales strategy, increase company sales revenue & managing the new or our existing clients. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing the day-to-day operations of the sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Real Estate Sales, Strong Leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
2. Manage, Inspire, Lead and Support the sales team to drive consistent performance and productivity.
3. Team Building, Team bonding, Team Training, and Encourage new sales team members to generate leads and able to do sales.
4. Set Individual and team sales targets while tracking and evaluating performance.
5. Deliver regular training, give guidance, and feedback to strengthen sales teams skills and results.
6. Conduct time to time sales meetings to review progress, discuss market updates, and share best practices. Help team with training to improve their missing areas for their better performance.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, real estate partners, and key stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to create sales materials and promotional campaigns to improve lead quality and generate revenue.
9. Stay informed on real estate market trends, new projects, our competitor activities, and industry developments.
10. Prepare and deliver sales reports on monthly, quarterly & annually basis and forecasts to senior management for review.
2. 3 - 6 years of proven experience in real estate sales, including managerial roles.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
5. Target-driven with a solid track record of exceeding sales goals.
6. Well-versed with real estate market trends, new updates, regulations, and industry standards.
7. Thrives under pressure in fast-paced environments and generate revenue.
8. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
